SAP Security Specialist:
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience of which 3+ years of SAP Security administration experience
Some of the Specific experiences:
- Implementation and maintenance of SAP security in SAP R/3 Enterprise, ERP04, BW-3.52 systems
- Interactions with Business users to understand the roles to define/translate them into SAP roles and authorizations
- Very good understanding/experience of SAP Basis system in ERP and BW systems
- Configuring SSO, SAP EP-6.0 security, troubleshooting security problems
- Knowledge of SOX and SOD requirements.
- Compliance tools like Approva and Virsa.

SAP Basis Administrator:
One of Our Direct Clients in Cleveland Ohio is looking for an SAP Basis Administrator.The SAP Basis
Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of SAP Basis administration including, providing support
for the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the Basis component of the SAP
system and associated technologies.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Implement and support SAP and related third-party tools in the development, quality assurance and
production systems.
Perform SAP system refreshes, client copies, and applies support packages, kernel and software patches,
fixes and spool management.Perform Oracle installs, patches, administration, restores and recoveries.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for system tuning.Analyze system performance,
database performance and establishes OSS and EarlyWatch connections where appropriate.Assess
impact of new SAP releases to current system landscape environments, designing solution and assisting
production support teams in deploying the solution.Involved with problem escalation and resolution,
working with SAP AG and other software/hardware vendors to resolve problems.
* Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the Correction and Transport System (CTS) to
ensure all configuration and development objects are migrated properly.Develop and maintain UNIX
scripts where applicable to Basis.Provide technical support for disaster recovery planning and execution.
Participate in SAP system audits.Mentor and develop junior SAP Basis Team members. Support 7/24
operations and regular on-call rotation.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology/MIS is required.
Minimum of three (3) years Basis administration experience
Minimum of three (3) years Oracle database administration experience
Minimum of five (5) years overall IT experience
Experience using SAP R/3 4.7 or higher
Experience using Oracle 9 or higher
Experience using IBM AIX platform
Experience in SAP performing client copies, system refreshes, and troubleshooting
Experience in SAP Correction and Transport System
Experience in SAP system performance tuning
Experience in SAP interacting help tools/services (e.g. OSS, Service Marketplace, etc.)
Experience with SAP GoLive and EarlyWatch processes.
Experience with BW, CRM, SRM, SLD and Solution Manager is a plus
Good understanding of Enterprise Portal, NetWeaver and XI

- performing client copies, system refreshes, troubleshooting & SAP system performance tuning
- Capabilities of Tranport Management Systems/SAP Correction and Transport System to support wave
projects
- installation and configuration of SAP third party products & SAP Solution Manager systems.

Senior ABAP Developer:
The job responsibilities includes Design, code, document, test and implement complex computer
programs using standard system development methodology to prescribed standards. Assist others with
programming assignments. Develop test plans, test files and test data; detect and resolve test issues.
Maintain and modify existing systems to ensure that systems function efficiently and accurately to meet
system requirements and customer needs.
Participate in all phases of systems development for all systems. Design and construct systems that
effectively and efficiently meet user customer needs while adhering to IT standards, procedures and
practices. Provide guidance to others in all phases of development especially in the areas of physical and
logical design.Develop task project plans and cost estimates. Plan and coordinate technical activities.
Requirements:
The Sr. ABAP position requires the following strong programming skills:
ABAP reporting, ABAP query, Interfaces (ALE), Dialog Programming, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs,
User Exits, Methods, SAPScript, Smart Forms, Able to write technical designs,
Experience in most of the SAP modules,
Experience using ALV (ABAP List Viewer)
Also desirable skills include experience with:
web services development using SAP's web dynpro.
Minimum of 7-9 years of ABAP development experience.
